Both tools on this page are free, including downloads. You do not need a Flow AI account, a credit card, a subscription, or credits. Flow AI does not add its own logo or watermark to your downloads. The tools use a shared generation service with capacity and usage limits, so you may need to wait during busy periods or when the free service’s usage allowance runs out.
Video generation on this page starts from an image. The Text to image tool creates still images, not videos. Image to video requires a PNG, JPG, or WebP image. You can also add a text description of the motion you want. To make a video starting from words, first create and download an image with Text to image, then upload it in Image to video.
Choose a 3-second or 5-second video and download it as an MP4 file. Images created with Text to image download as PNG files, with square, landscape, and portrait options.
A video can be ready in a few minutes, but generation may take longer when the shared service is busy. Keep this page open while generation is running. The progress percentage is an estimate and does not guarantee when your video will finish.
If you reach the free generation service’s usage limit, wait for its allowance to reset. If an estimated reset time is shown, use it as a guide for when to try again. Repeated retries will not restore the allowance. Alternatively, you can start a new generation with the paid Flow AI tools, which use paid credits and do not use this free service’s allowance. They offer more model choices and saved generation history, with longer clips, up to 4K resolution and native audio available depending on the model and generation mode. For a request still running in the free tool, keep this page open. If it has failed, follow the error message before trying again. For a connection error, check your internet connection.
