1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flow AI ("Flow AI," "we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the AI video and image generation service at https://ai-flow.video (the "Service").

By signing up, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Flow AI.

Independence Notice. Flow AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Labs, Flow, and Veo are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Description of Service

Flow AI is an online AI video and image generator powered by Google's Veo technology. It offers multiple models — Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast, Seedance 2, and Seedance 2 Fast for video, plus Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, and GPT Image 2 for images. You generate from a text prompt, a single image, or reference images:

Text-to-video — generate a video clip from a text prompt.
Image-to-video — animate or extend a single source image into video.
Reference-to-video — guide generation using reference images.
Image generation — create or edit still images from a prompt.

Output resolutions go up to 4K. The Service runs in the browser with no install and no GPU. Quality depends on the inputs you provide, the model you choose, model behavior, and current system conditions.

2.1 Free Tools (the "Free Video Generator" Page)

The page at ai-flow.video/ai-video-generator-free offers separately labeled free tools (a free image-to-video tool and a free text-to-image tool). They require no account, no subscription, and no credits, and using them creates no billing relationship with us.
These free tools run on a shared free compute engine operated by a third party and are subject to their own capacity limits and fair-use allowance, independent of the Service's credit system described in Section 4.
Free-tool outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. To create outputs eligible for commercial use, use the paid Flow AI workflow with subscription credits or purchased one-time credit-pack credits (see Section 7.2). Buying credits later does not retroactively change the license for an output created with a free tool. Your responsibilities and the restrictions in Sections 7.1, 8 (NSFW and Explicit Content Policy), 9 (Prohibited Activities), and 10 (AI Output Disclaimer) apply equally to the free tools.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flow AI.
Account creation. Most features require an account; the information you provide must be accurate and your own.
Account security. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, One-Time Credit Packs, and Credits

4.1 Credit System

The Service uses a credit-based system. Cost depends on the model you choose and the resolution and duration of your output, as shown at submit time and on the pricing page.
The paid Flow AI workflow requires enough available credits. Those credits may come from an active paid subscription or an unexpired one-time credit pack. A credit-pack holder does not also need an active subscription.
Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allotment. One-time credit packs grant a separate balance in a single purchase and do not renew automatically. Current amounts and prices are listed on the pricing page.
The separately labeled free tools on the free video generator page (see Section 2.1) run on shared free compute, require no subscription or credits, and are subject to their own capacity limits.

4.2 Allocation and Expiration

Monthly subscriptions: the full monthly allotment is granted at the start of each billing period.
Annual subscriptions: credits are granted monthly across the year rather than all at once, even though billing is annual.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
One-time credit packs: pack credits are granted after successful payment, remain valid for 365 days from purchase, do not reset monthly, and do not renew automatically.
Except as expressly stated in Section 6.2, credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4.3 Usage Limits and Fair Use

To keep the Service stable for everyone, we enforce:

Concurrency: a per-tier limit on simultaneous tasks per user.
Anti-abuse and capacity controls: rate, concurrency, fraud, and security controls may apply. Users with an active subscription or an unexpired purchased credit-pack balance are not subject to a daily task cap solely because they lack an active subscription; their available paid credits remain their usage limit.
Failure refund: if a task fails because of a system error on our side or our AI provider's side, the credits consumed for that task are returned to your balance automatically. This is a credit refund, not a cash refund.

We may revise these limits, the credit formula, or plan benefits with reasonable notice via the pricing page or in-product messaging.

4.4 Video and Image Output

Video outputs are MP4 files; image outputs are standard image files. Available resolutions and durations depend on the model you choose and are shown at submit time.
Output resolutions go up to 4K.
Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast generate native audio, which is on by default and can be turned off. Other models may produce silent video. The presence of audio depends on the model you select.

4.5 Downloading and Export

You can download outputs from your generation history. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any applicable model or provider restrictions, you may use outputs generated through the paid Flow AI workflow with subscription credits or purchased one-time credit-pack credits for personal or commercial purposes. Free-tool outputs are limited to personal, non-commercial use (see Section 2.1).

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

New subscriptions and one-time credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. PayPal may continue to service legacy payment or subscription relationships created before Flow AI moved new checkout to Stripe.
Prices are displayed in USD.
By buying a one-time credit pack, you authorize a single charge for the selected pack. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the recurring fee for your selected plan until you cancel.
Any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase are your responsibility.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
After cancellation, you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Once cancellation takes effect, future subscription credit grants stop, and unused subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly cycle under Section 4.2.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel, shorten, or otherwise affect the separate 365-day validity period of unexpired credits from a one-time credit pack.

6.2 Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Unused subscription credits within a billing period are not refunded.
One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable after the credits have been granted, whether the pack is completely unused or partially used, except where required by law or approved after an exceptional review.
Approved credit-pack cash refunds: we manually reconcile the account and remove the corresponding pack credits. Do not spend credits from a pack while its refund review is pending.
Failed tasks: if a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used for that task are automatically restored to your balance. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
Exceptional circumstances and legal rights: in rare cases, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Granting one discretionary refund creates no obligation to grant others.

7. Your Content and Generated Outputs

7.1 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The prompts and image and video inputs you provide
Holding the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for those inputs (including for any real persons depicted)
The way you use the resulting outputs

You must not use the Service to break any law or to violate someone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or personality rights.

7.2 Ownership / Rights in Outputs

As between you and us, you retain your rights in the inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and any applicable model or provider restrictions, outputs generated through the paid Flow AI workflow with subscription credits or purchased one-time credit-pack credits may be used for personal or commercial purposes. Outputs from the separately labeled free tools on the free video generator page are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only (see Section 2.1).

Important: none of this gives you rights in third-party material. If your input depicts a copyrighted character, a real person without consent, a trademarked work, or anything else you are not authorized to use, the resulting output is still infringing — and that is on you.

7.3 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, store, process, and display your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, which covers:

Running the generation pipeline and returning your output
Powering your generation history
Enforcing usage limits, billing rules, and abuse prevention
Providing technical support and resolving issues

8. NSFW and Explicit Content Policy

You may not generate, upload, or distribute NSFW or sexually explicit material through Flow AI. This covers nudity, pornographic content, sexual acts, sexualization of real persons or minors, and any related adult content — regardless of fictional framing. Violating accounts will be terminated immediately, and where the law requires, reported to authorities. No refunds are issued in these cases.

This policy applies to all inputs and all outputs across every Flow AI feature, including:

Image and video inputs uploaded for image-to-video and reference-to-video
Text prompts entered for any video or image generation
Any generated video or image produced by any model

Inputs (images, prompts) are scanned by automated content-safety systems before generation; flagged inputs are blocked at submission and credits are not deducted. Outputs are also scanned by the model's built-in safety filter; flagged outputs result in a credit refund. Repeated violations will lead to permanent account termination.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

Breaks any applicable law or facilitates illegal activity
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence against an individual or group
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead (including phishing, spam, malware)
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy, or other intellectual or proprietary rights
Depicts real, identifiable people without their consent — including political figures, public figures, and private individuals — especially for harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual purposes (e.g. deepfakes)
Harasses, bullies, doxxes, or threatens any person
Sexualizes minors or contains content that exploits or endangers minors
Spreads disinformation intended to cause harm

You also agree not to:

Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or other technical safeguards
Use scripts, bots, or automation to abuse the Service
Disrupt service operations, security, or other users' access
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its underlying models

Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, and without refund where the law allows.

10. AI Output Disclaimer

Generated videos and images may be inaccurate, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended purpose.
Outputs depend on your inputs (prompt clarity, image quality, motion complexity), the model and resolution you select, model behavior, and current system conditions.
We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, identity preservation, or fitness for any purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them anywhere.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service indicates your acceptance of those practices.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features, limits, pricing, or the entire Service may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
Where significant changes are planned, we will give reasonable advance notice through the website or in-product messaging.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your continued use poses a risk to the Service, our providers, or other users.
Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; we may continue to retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business reasons.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT OUTPUT QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flow AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from:

Your use of the Service
Your breach of these Terms
Your breach of any law or third-party right
Inputs you submit or outputs you generate through the Service
