1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credits work for Flow AI ("we," "us," or "our") at https://ai-flow.video (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Subscription billing is processed by PayPal (our primary payment processor) and may also use Creem.

2. Credits

• The Service uses a credit-based system. Cost depends on the model you choose and the resolution and duration of your output, as shown at submit time and on the pricing page.
• A paid subscription is required to generate. There is no free generation tier.
• Each plan grants a monthly credit allotment, listed on the pricing page.

2.1 Allocation and Expiration

• Monthly subscriptions: the full monthly allotment is granted at the start of each billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: credits are granted monthly across the year rather than all at once, even though billing is annual.
• Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
• Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• After cancellation, you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
• Once cancellation takes effect, monthly credit grants stop and any remaining credits expire.

4. Refunds

• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• Unused credits within a billing period are not refunded.
• Failed tasks: if a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used for that task are automatically restored to your balance. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
• Exceptional circumstances: in rare cases, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Granting one refund creates no obligation to grant others.

5. NSFW and Policy Violations

No refunds are issued where an account is terminated for generating, uploading, or distributing NSFW, explicit, or otherwise prohibited content, as described in our Terms of Service.

For refund review requests, email support@ai-flow.video from the address on your account so we can verify it.
